Live streams
Our radio and TV streams are provided for personal, non-commercial listening/viewing. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues outside our control.

User conduct
If commenting is enabled on articles, keep it respectful — no harassment, hate speech, or spam. We reserve the right to remove comments that violate this.

No warranty
This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate but can’t guarantee it’s error-free at every moment, especially breaking news that develops quickly.

Application mobile et abonnements

Cette section s’applique à l’application mobile Radio Télé 6 Univers, en complément des conditions ci-dessus.

L’application est gratuite
La radio et la chaîne TV s’écoutent et se regardent sans compte et sans abonnement. Un abonnement Premium, lorsqu’il est proposé, ajoute des fonctions — il ne retire rien de ce qui est gratuit aujourd’hui.

Abonnement Premium
Premium est un abonnement à renouvellement automatique, vendu par Apple via votre compte Apple :

  • Le paiement est débité de votre compte Apple à la confirmation de l’achat.
  • L’abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement pour la même durée, sauf s’il est désactivé au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
  • Le renouvellement est débité dans les 24 heures qui précèdent la fin de la période.
  • Vous pouvez gérer ou annuler l’abonnement à tout moment dans les réglages de votre compte Apple. Supprimer l’application ne l’annule pas.
  • Les prix sont indiqués dans l’application, dans votre devise, avant toute confirmation.

Remboursements
Les achats sont traités par Apple. Les demandes de remboursement passent par Apple (reportproblem.apple.com) ; nous n’avons pas accès à votre moyen de paiement et ne pouvons pas rembourser à sa place.

Interruptions
Une diffusion en direct depuis Haïti dépend de l’électricité, d’Internet et du matériel de l’émetteur. Nous faisons le maximum pour rester à l’antenne, mais une interruption ne constitue pas, à elle seule, un manquement à l’abonnement.

Compte
Un compte sert à retrouver vos favoris et vos réveils sur vos appareils. Vous pouvez le supprimer depuis l’application. La suppression du compte n’annule pas l’abonnement Apple : annulez-le séparément dans vos réglages Apple.

Mobile app and subscriptions (English)

This section applies to the Radio Télé 6 Univers mobile app, in addition to the terms above.

The app is free
The radio and the TV channel play without an account and without a subscription. A Premium subscription, where offered, adds features — it takes nothing away from what is free today.

Premium subscription
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, sold by Apple through your Apple Account:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • It renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • Prices are shown in the app, in your own currency, before you confirm anything.

Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple (reportproblem.apple.com); we have no access to your payment method and cannot refund on Apple’s behalf.

Interruptions
Broadcasting live from Haiti depends on electricity, internet and transmitter hardware. We do everything we can to stay on air, but an interruption alone is not a breach of the subscription.

Account
An account exists so your favourites and alarms follow you between devices. You can delete it from inside the app. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple settings.
